Moving a Blog?

  Moving a blog from blog.com to WordPress. I have saved the blog on my computer. But, I noticed that blog.com said it is saved to be used to set up another blog on their site. Is this true? or can I move it to WordPress?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
