Moving a blog from another server

  I currently have a WordPress blog hosted on my churches server. I would like to migrate that blog to the WordPress site without losing all the posts for the past year or so. Can someone tell me if that is possible?

  you can use import option provided under ‘manage’ section in your wordpress blog.

  Also, search the FAQ for posts on Import and it’ll give you some guidelines as well.
