Moving a blog to new hosting

  Hi All,

  I want to move my blog to a new host. I’ve installed wp on the new hosting account but I haven’t switched the nameservers over yet so its just been installed on the ip address in preparation. I can’t seem to run wp on the ip address so do I need to switch the nameservers over first and then add wp or am I just missing something.
