Moving a blog with paid CSS upgrade

  I have two blogs both using the Mystique theme. Lets say ‘Blog A’ is my current live blog and ‘Blog B’ is a new version I’ve been working on. For Blog B I’ve purchased the CSS upgrade. My question is, if I want to move all my new content and design from Blog B to Blog A will the CSS upgrade I’ve paid for move to Blog A as well?

  No CSS upgrade can not be transferred from one blog to the other.
  But you can refund it from one blog if you have not passed 30 days yet after the registration and upgrade it on your other blog.
