Moving a domain from Hostmonster

    I need to move http://www.jennaandryan.com from hosting at Hostmonster to hosting with WordPress. I own this domain and don’t how to move it over. I would like the $2.99 personal account.

    Hi there,

    You can use the free domain mapping in the Personal plan to connect that domain to your site here, but it’s not possible to transfer it here completely. In other words, you’ll need to keep paying hostmonster to renew your domain registration each year. You don’t need to pay them for hosting, but you do need to pay them for ownership of your domain. The plan on our side only links the domain from them to us.

    Also note that our plans are billed annually, so the personal plan will cost $36, and then it’s on your account for a year.
