Moving a domain here

    Hello I need help moving a domain i own to wordpress from squarespace. It is not letting me do it on my own an error message is coming up when I click use a domain I own. This is the error that pops up ‘Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.’

    Hi @freshfresheners, you had filed a chargeback, which launches an investigation and locks the upgrade here. That’s why you see the error here.

    But the domain is registered elsewhere anyway, so you’ll just need to log into the domain control panel and update it there rather than editing it through our DNS hosting. Hoping this helps.
