Moving a WordPress domain to point to another blog?

  I currently have two blogs. One has a custom domain that points to it. I would like to move the custom domain to point to the other blog and then delete the current one. The domain is handled by WordPress. The blogs are not self-hosted.

  How can I associate the domain name with the other blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
