Add subscribers?

  I have a yahoo group with about 400 members. It started out as a group of students of econometrics, but now has shifted focus. I would like to have a blog for the Econometrics students to exchange comments. Can I transport the list of members and enter them as subscribers (or invite them to subscribe) to this newly launched blog?

  I’m afraid you can’t enter them automatically; to protect readers from unwanted messages each person will have to subscribe themselves via a the Blog Subscription widget, which you can add to your sidebar from Appearance > Widgets in your dashboard.
