Moving all my blog content onto a new site

  First post here so be gentle.

  I’ve had my WordPress blog for about 4 months now and pretty much need to move onto my own server now. I was wondering if there was any easy way to take all my content from my blog here and pretty much just chuck it all onto my new website. Of course I could go through all my posts and copy and paste but surely…surely there’s an easier way.

  Thanks for all your help, sorry if it’s been asked before.
