Moving back to WordPress
-
Hello,
I need help with moving my blog “back”to wordpress.I started with GoDaddy(domain) and WordPress (hosting), moved to GoDaddy and Smugmug, and now want to move back to GoDaddy and WordPress.
I want to make sure I’m not missing a step. I changed the nameservers to WordPress and am now waiting….When I tried to map the domain first, it doesn’t give me my site as an option, only another one that doesn’t have a domain or anything. Am I doing something wrong or is it just a matter of waiting for nameservers to update?
It’d be great if someone from WordPress who can see my account could assist. I’ve been reading through the forum and am pretty tech savvy but this stuff eludes me; I haven’t dealt with WordPress in a while.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I don’t see one for it. It just shows up as the domain name in the drop down for which blog to make primary. When I’m on my main account page, I see agcaptures.com and my other blog with no domain that has the whatever.wordpress.com, as the two site options.

YOu need to have a blog hosted here already in order to point the nameservers to it. So, if you have no whatever.wordpress.com blog, get one. Then you can proceed.

This will help with the mapping: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/
