Moving back to WordPress.com

  I have a wordpress.com account, but I have a wordpress.org blog self-hosted through Blue Host. Can I move my .org blog back to wordpress.com? If so, what’s the best way to go about it?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Advice:
  Upgrade your WordPress.org install to WordPress 3.5.1 first.
  Empty the spam filter and delete any advertising.
