Hello, I am new to WordPress. My question is, can I import my stuff from another blog, not WordPress, but from ‘blog.com’? I am getting more and more frustrated with them. If it is possible to do that, can someone tell me how it is done?

Yes, you can import blogs from other blogging platforms: http://faq.wordpress.com/2006/11/09/import-from-blogger-typepad-mt-lj/
One thing to note is that any images you have on your current blog will have to be moved over manually and uploaded to wordpress as they are not part of the export file from your current blog.

You haven’t told us where your other blog is hosted. However, provided the web host for the other blog has an exporter you can then export the contents into an xml file and then import them into your wordpress.com blog.

The blog has an rss feed but doing an import that way is not easy. You will have to go to the web host for your blog and determine whether or not there is an exporter there. If there is no exporter at your web host then you have only two choices: import blog contents via rss feed or copy and paste the contents into your new blog.
