  Okay, I’m considering moving my blog to change the URL. If I did the export and import thing, what EXACTLY would I be able to import? JUST the posts? Or does it also include things like the sidebar and comments?

  You will get post, pages, tags, categories, and comments. I don’t believe you will get any of your themes or widgets, sorry.
