  How can you transfer blog followers from wordpress.COM to a self-hosted blog on wordpress.ORG?

  Hi there,

  That’s actually something which we have to do for you. If you could let me know the complete URL of both your original WordPress.com blog as well as your new WordPress.org site, then I can move your subscribers over.

  Also, you will need to make sure that you install and connect the Jetpack plugin in your WordPress.org blog. This plugin is what allows us to complete the migration!
