Moving Blog from Blogger to WordPress

  I have successfully downloaded my entire blog from Blogger (.xml file), but when I load it up to WordPress I only get the 10 most recent blog posts showing up.
  These 10 blog posts are complete: pictures, links, formatting, etc..

  I am using the twenty17 WP theme.
  I have tried loading it multiple times.
  Can a .atom file be used?
