Moving Blog Host

  I am in the process of changing the host of my blog from wordpress to ipage, due to the ICANN rule i am unable to transfer my domain until I have had it for 60 days, which I have not.
  However, I have been told by ipage that I can host the domain to them by contacting the current registrar of them domain (wordpress), with the nameservers ns1.ipage.com and ns2.ipage.com . Who do I contact to do this and also will this allow me to upload my personal theme to my blog?
