  I am thinking of starting another blog on another blog host, but I would like to use the domain name I purchased through WordPress? Is this possible?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes it is. You have to update the nameservers in your domain management panel here and point them at the new host’s servers.
