Moving blog posts to a different section

    Hi, I was wondering how do I move blog posts from my home page to a different page on my site? At the moment I have the blog posts on my home page and my blog posts section but I would like to move some around to put them where necessary, i.e Have my welcome post on the home page and my blog posts in my blog posts section and other related posts in their respective sections.

    Hi there,

    You could set your site up with a static home page. To do that :

    -Click My Site
    -Click Customize
    -Choose Homepage Settings
    -Make sure a static page is clicked
    -Under Homepage you can choose the page you want to be the homepage or create a new one.

    Hi there,

    You can use categories to display different posts on different “pages” on your site. I put pages in quotes, because what you’ll actually be doing is adding the categories themselves directly to the menu, linking to the respective archives for each category.

    This will not remove any posts from the main feed on the front page, though – if you prefer you can set a static page as the front page, but you cannot remove individual posts from the main posts feed.
