Moving blog posts to a separate page on the same site

How do you have more than one page active? Thanks
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi –
There’s a few ways that you can achieve this.
By default, all of your posts are going to publish on to the front page of the site. If you’d like to assign a different page so that visitors don’t see the posts first thing, then you can do that too. https://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/front-page/
The page where the posts are published doesn’t even have to be active in the menu, just on the site’s back end.
From there, you can decide how/where to display the desired posts.
– Use direct post link in the menu. Only if there’s a couple posts.
– Group posts together in categories and link the different categories in the site menu.
– Use the Display Post shortcode: https://en.support.wordpress.com/display-posts-shortcode/Write back with more questions.

Sorry I’m quite new to this. Thanks for your answer. That sounds all really difficult to follow for me.
I currently have three pages – home, blog, contact.
I worked out how to create a new page.
But some of the posts on my blog (book reviews) I would like to move to the new page.
Then in the future add separate new posts to both the blog page and the new page.
Is that possible. Mine is a free version of WordPress.
