moving blog subscribers

    I’ve just transferred from .org to .com and have tried following instructions to transfer my subscribers but need some support please! I’ve installed jetpack but can’t go any further…

    Can anyone help?

    I can help you with this. First, however it looks like their might be some confusion about where your domain name is pointing.

    Currently your WordPress.com site (http://britishstyleuk.wordpress.com) is still being redirected to your self hosted site, because your name servers for britishstyleuk.com are still pointing to bluehost.

    Are you ready for your visitors to see the content on your WordPress.com site instead? If so, I can help you reset your name servers so the domain points to the right place.

    After that, moving subscribers will work better.
