Moving blog subscribers and existing traffic from .com to .org

  Hello! I am hoping that someone can help me with two items:

  1. Moving my blog subscribers from http://uprootfromoregon.wordpress.com to uprootfromoregon.com
  2. Moving my existing blog traffic from http://uprootfromoregon.wordpress.com to uprootfromoregon.com

  I already have Jetpack installed and have moved my existing content. Thank you in advance!!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there, I transferred your followers and your blog stats to your new blog at uprootfromoregon.com, as requested. :)

  Your email followers will continue to receive email updates, and your WordPress.com followers will continue to see your new posts in the Reader. If your WordPress.com followers would like to receive email updates, as well, they can subscribe via email on your new blog.
