Moving Blog subscribers to new wordpress.org site

  Hello-

  Trying to port over blog subscribers to new self hosted site (williamray.com) from wordpress.com site (willrray.wordpress.com). Jetpack is installed and activated, and I believe the next step is to submit a support request. Is this the place to do that?
