Moving blog subscribers to self-hosted blog

  Hi,

  I’d like to move my blog subscribers from http://afrosays,worspres.com to my new self-hosted blog, http://afrosays.com

  Staff can transfer your email subscribers only (followers using the Reader cannot be moved), after you install and activate JetPack and you provide the two URLs in this thread.

  I downloaded jetpack, and would like subscribers from jonwatersauthor.wordpress.com transferred to jonwatersauthor.com? Thanks:))
