  I need to move my email subscribers from my WordPress.com blog : http://dreamfocusstudio.wordpress.com/ to my WordPress.org hosted site at : http://dreamfocusstudio.com. I already have Jetpack installed. How do I do this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I’ve migrated your email subscribers for you, as requested. You might consider publishing a post on your old WordPress.com blog inviting those who are subscribed using the Reader to re-subscribe.
