Moving blog to wordpress.com from wordpress.org

  Hello, I wanted to move my blog from wordpress.org to wordpress.com. I couldn’t afford the hosting subscription. So I have the backup tar.gz file. Is it possible to upload it the blog here?

  What does the tar.gz file contain?
  Do you have the xml file from Tools > Export from the old blog?
