Moving blogs between accounts

  I have a blog called zandtao subscribed as zandtao

  and I have a blog called ginsukapaapdee subscribed as billzant.

  These have different email addresses.

  I would like the blogs to be under the same username and email address.

  You will have to invite one username account to become an Admin on the blog which they are not an official user of currently. That username account must accept the imitation. Once that has taken place and the second username account has been made an official user (Admin) then you can use a process to transfer the blog to the new username account.
