Moving Comment Box from Top to Bottom of Post

Hi, I am using the Forever theme and right now the “comment” box is at the top of each post. I’d like to move it to the bottom, as I think it makes far more sense and would be easier for people to see it/make comments.
How can I do this? I have been searching web forums in vain…hoping someone on here can help me

I don’t know what you mean. I know WordPress well and the theme in question well too. The comment boxes on the Forever theme are at the bottom of the posts and pages just as they are on every theme here. Click any post tile please and you will clearlt see that.

Comment boxes are coded into the core of WordPress and we cannot edit templates and themes on free hosted WordPress.com http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/editing-themes/
