Moving comment box to top of web pages

  My website is on wordpress 4.8.1 running bbPress (Twenty Ten) theme. Is it possible to move the comments box (Leave a Reply) to appear above the comments on the web pages? That is at the top of the page instead of at the bottom as it is now.
  I am referring to the pages in the website. Not the Forums or the Blog. They are fine as it is. Thank you.

  I checked your site. It is not hosted on WordPress.com, your domain demsusa.com points to Justhost. Based on this info, I assume you are WordPress.org user.
