Moving Comments box

I use the Hemingway theme for my blog desideratastories.wordpress.com. The comments box gets lost way down at the bottom of the screen, WELL below my post. I’m afraid readers are missing it. How can I move it to a higher place, just below the text?

The only way to do this is by adding custom CSS to your site, and you’ll need the Custom Design upgrade for that.
