Moving “Comments” link to bottom of post?

Hi, how do I go about moving the comments link to the bottom of the posts? It doesn’t make any sense that it’s at the top because I would like people to read the posts before commenting. What I’m talking about is right under the topic title theres the date on the left side and then the right it says “4 comments” and then “edit” I would like to move the “4 comments” and “edit” part down to the bottom of the post right above the Author/Category/Tags section. How can I go about doing this? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

The blog you specified at urlrg.com does not appear to be hosted at WordPress.com.
This support forum is for WordPress.com hosted blogs only. If you have a self-hosted WordPress blog you need to seek help at the WordPress.org forums, not here.

Ok well, this is just a small question, I am sure someone would be fine answering it even though I don’t host my blog through wordpress….
