Moving Content from previous website

    Hello, I’m trying to move content from a previous blog. I have the GZ file on my computer but I can’t seem to upload it to my wordpress. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

    I’m not familiar with GZ. Is it the abbreviation for another service, or is that the extension of the file?

    The only files that can be imported to WordPress.com are .XML files containing your posts and pages. It’s not possible to import template or database files from other sites on WordPress.com.
