moving content of blog

  hi
  i recently transferred my domain to another host but my blog content didnt copy across and my site is “gone” i know nothing about all this and the IT person who is helping me says i must ask wordpress for the IP address so that they can transfer the content of my blog across. can you help me please?

  Your IT person can update your domain’s name servers to the following, in order to continue the mapping process:
