moving domain

  Hi i currently hold a domain name for my website it was hacked over 12 months ago and i want to use the domain name for my new WordPress account ( free version at the moment) in doing this is it as simple as completing​ the form add domain and put in my old site address and upgrading to a premium account. Hope to hear back soon
