Moving domain name from another registrar/host

  I have a domain name at GoDaddy but I want the domain hosted here at wordpress.com, with the website I have on here (I have a free plan, but I need to change to a plan for this, as I understand it). Where do I start?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes, you can do this through domain mapping. To get started, you’ll first upgrade your plan at wordpress.com/pricing/ and then head over to My Sites > Domains > Map it!
