moving domain to another host who supports ProPhoto
-
We registered our domain through wordpress, then decided we wanted to do a ProPhoto blog. WordPress.com can’t host a ProPhoto blog, so we would need to move the domain to another host in order to use the ProPhoto plug-in? It says we have to wait 60 days before we can move the host for our domain, if we do an “A-Record” can we keep our same domain (www.sweetlifecreative.com) or would we have to add a sub-domain in order to do this. Any help appreciated, thanks!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The domain, sweetlifecreative.com, is always yours to keep as long as you pay for it.
If you wish to move this domain to some other host, then you will have to wait for 60 days.
Changing A record is how some hosts allow you to transfer the domain to them. So A record has nothing to do with your domain ownership.
You will find more information about transferring your domain to another host in this support guide: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/transfer-domain-registration/
Please check this information and feel free to ask if you have more questions :)

Thanks! I guess my question was, if I transfer the domain changing the A record, can I transfer the http://www.sweetlifecreative.com, or would I have to add a sub-domain to it like blog.sweetlifecreative.com. I’m really an am-mature when it comes to stuff like this so I apologize if it’s an obvious answer! Or would it just be better to wait the 60 days?

If you wish to transfer your domain away from WordPress.com to another host, you will have to wait for 60 days nonetheless.
Sub-domain has nothing to do with domain transfer. After you transfer, you can use your domain with your new blog.
Technically, you can also keep your domain at WordPress.com and map it to your ProPhoto blog hosted elsewhere but it is a good idea to keep both your domain and hosting at a same place.
