Is there a way to move an e-mail in my in-box to a post or to make it a post or a page?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

To avoid posting an email address on a blog where spam bots will harvest it and then provide it to multiple spammers who will spam the crap out of it we create a contact form. See here http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/

Thank you very much for answering my request. I went to the site you gave me. It’s too complicated for me. I am so new in this business. I understand the concern about misuse of the address by spammers, so I will just type the text(s) as post. Thanks again
