moving email subscribers from a .com to a self-hosted….
-
Seems that I have to post in the forum in order for customer service to do something that the forum said they need to do… silly.
I want to move email subscribers from withinaquaterinch.wordpress.com to withinaquarterinch.com
I have jetpack installed.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Provided you have installed and activated the JetPack plugin http://jetpack.me on your WordPress.org install, and post the relevant URL(s) into this thread, Staff will do the transfer of both subscribers and stats for you. I tagged this thread for their attention.

Hi – and thanks.
Only a few were transferred- there are still 3,859 email subscribers left to transfer.
You can see this on the top left of this site: (old)
withinaquarterinch.wordpress.comThe top right of this site:
withinaquarterinch.com(new) shows that only 242 were transferred. How do we get the rest moved over?
-
The number of followers in the follow widget on withinaquarterinch.wordpress.com include Facebook and Twitter followers. These can’t be transferred.
-
do you know of any way that information was collected and can be accessed to import into the new site?
-
This comes directly from your Facebook and Twitter profile and is included in the Follow Blog Widget on WordPress.com, but not available to self-hosted sites.
Alternatively you can use the ‘Share a link’ Twitter Button: https://twitter.com/about/resources/buttons#tweet
and the Facebook Like Box widget, which is available in Jetpack.
