moving email subscribers from .com to .org

  Hi there, I recently moved my WordPress.com blog to WordPress.org and I was wondering if you could transfer my email subscribers across. The old blog was http://expatlogue.wordpress.com while the new address is http://expatlog.com. I’ve set up a redirection for any other visitors.
