Moving email subscribers to self-hosted blog
-
I’m writing on behalf of Karen, this account’s owner, as her new web developer! We’ve migrated her redesigned blog over to to a self-hosted domain, and we’d like to migrate her email wordpress.com subscribers over to the the new site.
The old domain is http://yearofserendipity.wordpress.com
The new domain is http://yearofserendipity.comThanks very much!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Yes staff will be able to do this, as long as you have activated Jetpack on her new site.
-
I moved the subscribers over to your self-hosted blog.
Please let us know if you need any further assistance!
-
Thanks!
In Jetpack, we still see “0 Subscribers” on the Stats page, and nobody reported receiving an email when a new post went up today.
Any thoughts? Thank you for your help!!

(This is Nick–same person talking as ‘vintageviolet30’–just adding on my own account now to this thread for notification purposes. Carry on!)

It seems you have two linked blogs under your account:
http://dev.roundhouse-designs.com/yos/ (which redirects to http://yearofserendipity.com/)
http://yearofserendipity.com/Could it be possible that Jetpack has been connected to http://dev.roundhouse-designs.com/yos/ ? Because that would explain the 0 subscribers, since I moved them to yearofserendipity.com.
I can move them again to http://dev.roundhouse-designs.com/yos/ instead and see if that works for you.

Nevermind, it seems the ‘dev’ site doesn’t redirect to yearofserendipity.com. Could you please try to reconnect Jetpack on the Jetpack page in your blog’s dashboard?
