Moving entries to different pages?

  I’m very new here and have been having fun setting up my site; however, I would like to have posts on the pages where I want them. How can I move a post to a different page? So far I have 4 pages set, but every time I make a post it goes straight to the home page. I’ve tried starting from the page where I want my post to show up, but it still goes to “home”. What am I doing wrong?

  Okay, I’m sorry, I wasn’t sure. My webpage is http://clhamm.wordpress.com I would like to put my entries on separate pages. I headed new pages and wanted my reviews and poetry added into their own page, but I don’t seem to know how to do that. Thank you.

  Use Categories. Static Pages are not for posting things as time goes on; they are for information which doesn’t change, like bios, that sort of thing.

  Categorize your posts accurately and put the Categories widget in your sidebar; that way anyone who clicks on your Reviews will get a dynamically generated webpage that shows only posts to which you’ve assigned that category.

  Same thing happens when you use the Tag or Archives widgets in your sidebar. This is one of the best deals about using a database – dynamically generated webpages!
