Moving existing blog into wordpress

  Hello,
  I am working on a site for an author who has an existing blog on blogspot.com. What is the best way to integrate this content into WordPress, outside of a link. Can I copy the contents? Is this allowed?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
