Moving existing hosted webste to free hosting in wordpress then buy CSS upgrade?

  Hi. I own the site the skychick.com free hosted in wordpress. There is a site however, http://cyleina.com/ hosted in the webhost PHILHOSTING. I was wondering if we can move the site to free hosting in wordpress, then buy custom CSS to make it look/work like the existing since WP free hosting has fixed templates. Is this possible? thank you for the help in advance.

  If you move to a WordPress.ORG install – save your money on the CSS – the ability to change the CSS is built into all .ORG installs if you are running your own site – the CSS upgrade from WordPress.COM does not apply to a WordPress.ORG install
