Moving External Blogs from One Account to Another

  I have two externally hosted WordPress blogs (http://www.solitarymindset.com and http://www.monkeyjuggling.com) and two wordpress.com accounts – solitarymindset and monkeyjuggling.

  When I log into the monkeyjuggling WordPress account and go to My Blogs it lists both of my external blogs.

  I want to move both those blogs so that they are connected to the solitarymindset wordpress.com account instead.

  How do I do that?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
