Moving follower from .com blog to self hosted

Hi,

We have a self hosted blog Nota Bene http://eugenekaspersky.wordpress.com/ that used to be eugene.kaspersky.com. We moved the blog to a self hosted wordpress site and have activated the jetpack plugin. We wanted to know if you could move the followers from that site to the self hosted site?

The only Jetpack blog on your account is kasperskycontenthub.com/brazil/, is that what you want to transfer the followers to?

Ugh, good catch. I don’t want to have it under my account so we have been setting up the Jetpack under the user christengentile which is using an email that multiple people have access to. That is where we would want to sync all the users.

I will comment this thread from that handle.

We only have Jetpack blogs listed by domain, not name. What is the URL of the blog to move them to?

It will be either eugene.kaspersky.com or kasperskycontenthub.com/eugene

It has domain mapping, whichever one is showing up for you between those two would work.

I can’t move the Jetpack blog to another account.

Instead, disconnect it from the Jetpack section of the blog’s Dashboard (hover over the “Connected to” button to reveal a Disconnect button), then reconnect it to the desired account.

When that’s done, let me know, and I should be able to transfer your followers.

I only see kasperskycontenthub.com/brazil/ under your account. Is RU connected to a different WordPress.com account? If so, what is the username?
