  Moving followers from wordpress.com to wordpress. org is this possible?
  old blog: http://doriansweetpastry.wordpress.com/ and trying to move them to my self-hosted blog at http://www.101sweetpastry.com

  In my wordpress.org for some reason I only have 5 followers but in my wordpress.com website I have over 200. I want to delete the .com page soon. How long does it take to transfer over the followers? And will I see it on the wordpress.org the followers from wordpress.com

  101sweetpastry.com isn’t connected through Jetpack. I’ve just tried visiting the domain but it doesn’t work. Are you sure that’s the correct domain name?

  It should work now the jetpack is installed. My wordpress.com web address is: http://doriansweetpastry.wordpress.com/

  Hi there, please make sure you activate Jetpack too. You can do that at the ‘Jetpack’ page in your blog’s dashboard.

  Thanks. I think it should work now! Went into wordpress.com blog and adjusted it to jetpack.

  If that does not work what else do I do to keep my followers?

  I would like to move my followers from my old jerthornelds.wordpress.com to the new site http://www.jerthornelds.com/ – also how do I redirect my old posts to the new site?
