moving followers
-
I moved my blog (caitiequinn.wordpress.com) to a self-hosted blog on my site (caitiequinn.com) and set up a redirect. Is it possible to move the blog followers from the wp.com blog to my personal one?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Yes it is, staff can do this for you, as long as you have installed and activated Jetpack.

Yes – I have jetpack. How do I request that this is done? I’ve been looking everywhere for an actual email address.
THANKS

I’ve just moved the followers to your self-hosted blog.
Please let us know if you need any further assistance!

Hello Happiness Engineer Kardotim… I’m looking at my caitiequinn.com site and there’s no new followers/subscriptions there. Is it somewhere else
THANKS

Nope. :(
Let’s make sure it’s not user stupidity: I’m looking in the right place? At the bottom of the jetpack stats page again, right?
:)

Can you see them listed when visiting http://wordpress.com/#!/my-stats/?blog=52174395&blog_subscribers&type=wpcom&unit=1 ?
If you don’t see them in the Jetpack stats page, please try clearing out your browser cache. Otherwise try to reconnect Jetpack on the Jetpack page in your blog’s dashboard.

Ok, YES! I can see them at the link.
I cleared everything off my Chrome browser and still can’t see it there. I disconnected and reconnected jetpack. No go. So I jumped to IE, cleared that too and checked… and still nothing.
Assuming I’m correct that it should be that section under the stats chart/sources, right?
THANKS!

Could you send us a screenshot of the page where you’re seeing this? You can upload the screenshot to your WordPress.com blog media library.
Thanks!

It could have taken a couple of hours before everything was up to date. Could you please take another look at your stats page?
