Provided you install and activate the Jetpack plugin Staff can do this for you. I tagged this thread for their assistance. Please subscribe to it so you are notified when they respond.

Timethief, I have the same issue but not getting the proper tech help. Please work with me. retireforthefunofit.WordPress.com to retireforthefunofit.com and need my stats moved too. My problem has been dragging out too long.

Hi Bria,
It looks like you’ve not connected your new site via Jetpack, or if you have you’ve not done so using the same WordPress.com account as your original blogs, which you’ll need to do in order for us to transfer your followers.
If you could please do so, I will see what I can do about getting things transferred!

So, I got both sites redirected and moved the host. I’m not sure what I need to do that next step to transfer them. We got the first set from the other pen name transferred already.
THANKS

Hi there,
If you would like me to transfer your subscribers, you will need to install and connect the Jetpack plugin. Once you’ve done so, let me know and I will take a look to make sure that we have a connection and if so I’ll transfer your subscribers for you!

No, that is all you need. If it is already connected (you see a green connected light on the front page of Jetpack), could you try disconnecting it and then reconnecting it? And if not, would you just click the “Connect” button?
Thanks!

That did the trick! Your subscribers are all migrated over, and you can see them right here:

Thanks for your patience!
