I recently moved my wordpress.com to a wordpress.org and wanted to move my followers from realistlounge.wordpress.com to realistlounge.com.
I have Jetpack enabled, but am not sure if there is anything else I should do like set up an RSS feed or something else. Can anyone help?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,

Hi there!
I don’t show an active site at http://realistlounge.com/ currently – I’m receiving a 500 (Internal Server Error) error when trying to go to that site.
Once your site is active and connected to your WordPress.com account, I would be happy to transfer the users who have subscribed to your blog either by email or via the WordPress.com Reader once I can verify your Jetpack connection.
Let me know if you have any questions.

Your subscribers and followers have been transferred as requested. Just a heads-up that any WordPress.com followers who opted to receive email updates will need to re-subscribe again on your new site through the Jetpack signup box, otherwise they’ll only see new posts in their Reader. Non-WordPress.com email subscribers will continue to get email updates.
You might also want to consider a Site Redirect upgrade to automatically have visitors to http://realistlounge.wordpress.com sent to http://realistlounge.com, and ensure that new subscribers sign up on the right blog.
Best of luck with your self-hosted site!

Thank you so much for helping me with this! You’re a life saver! I’ll be looking into the Site Redirect as well. Thank you again!
