Moving followers

  Hi there! I moved my wordpress.com blog to a self hosted domain but I still keep having a lot of new followers at my old blog because it is one of the recommended fashion blogs of WP. I’ve been talking to someone from WP support about migrating the followers and she told me that she set up a reminder to transfer the followers at the beginning of each month but haven’t done so since the beginning of the month and I can’t get any replies from her on that topic so I though about opening a new thread. I have about 800 followers on the old blog and I need them to be migrated to the new blog. Thanks!

  Provided you have installed and activated the JetPack plugin http://jetpack.me on your WordPress.org install, and you post the relevant URL(s) into a forum thread, Staff will do the transfer of both subscribers and stats for you. http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/moving-your-subscribers/#wordpress-com-to-self-hosted-site Do that now please as I have tagged this thread for their attention.
