Moving Followers

  I am trying to move my wordpress.com and email followers over to my new wordpress.org blog. Is there a way that I can do this? Thanks in advance.

  My wordpress.com blog URL is thestorychanges.wordpress.com
  My wordpress.org blog URL is storychanges.com

  You will need to install and activate the JetPack plugin http://jetpack.me and then follow these instructions http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/moving-your-subscribers/#wordpress-com-to-self-hosted-site
